Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process orders on the day of receipt provided we receive it before 12pm on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public and UK bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand and around holiday dates*, e.g. promotional offers and Christmas.

 

United Kingdom delivery

Little Butterfly parcels are delivered by Royal Mail or courier service DPD to the United Kingdom. For DPD orders all our parcels are sent with a recorded delivery service and require a signature upon delivery (If you are not at home when DPD call by you can arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the 'Failed Delivery Card' to arrange a time of delivery that suits you).

UK next day delivery
For orders placed before 12pm/noon we will dispatch the same day to be delivered on the next working day (excludes Saturday delivery).
For orders placed after 12pm/noon Friday through to Sunday delivery can be expected on Tuesday.

         Weekend orders (Saturday-Sunday) will be processed Monday.
         We do not accept any responsibility for lost orders with Royal Mail.

 

Europe delivery

Little Butterfly parcels to Europe are shipped via Royal Mail or courier service DPD. A signature may be required on delivery. Order before 12pm/noon (Mon-Fri) and your order will be sent out on the same day, you should expect your order to be delivered within 5 - 10 working days, however it can take up to 10 working days during busy periods and we thank you for your patience.

China delivery

Little Butterfly parcels to China are shipped via a special courier service, which allows efficient processing through customs. Duty charges are included in the shipping cost, which means you do not have to pay any extra charges when your parcels arrives. We require your identification number and Chinese first and last time and maximum shipping allowance is 2000RMB (or app. 230GBP) excluding of shipping cost. A signature will be required on delivery and you should expect your order to be delivered within 10-14 working days.

Rest of the world delivery

Little Butterfly parcels to outside the UK and outside Europe are shipped via special courier service. A signature will be required on delivery. Order before 12pm/noon (Mon-Fri) and your order will be sent out on the same day, you should expect your order to be delivered within 7-10 working days.

In the event that our website indicates that there are currently no shipping arrangements with your country available, please do contact us on orders@littlebutterflylondon.com as we may be able to arrange a special delivery for you.

 

In the unlikely event that it has been more than 14 days and you have not received your product, please contact Little Butterfly customer services at orders@littlebutterflylondon.com.

 

Wrong Address / Corrections

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost, which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of potential free delivery offers. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
