Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process orders on the day of receipt provided we receive it before 12pm on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public and UK bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand and around holiday dates*, e.g. promotional offers and Christmas.
United Kingdom delivery
Little Butterfly parcels are delivered by Royal Mail or courier service DPD to the United Kingdom. For DPD orders all our parcels are sent with a recorded delivery service and require a signature upon delivery (If you are not at home when DPD call by you can arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the 'Failed Delivery Card' to arrange a time of delivery that suits you).

Europe delivery
Little Butterfly parcels to Europe are shipped via Royal Mail or courier service DPD. A signature may be required on delivery. Order before 12pm/noon (Mon-Fri) and your order will be sent out on the same day, you should expect your order to be delivered within 3-7 working days, however it can take up to 10 working days during busy periods and we thank you for your patience.

Little Butterfly parcels to outside the UK and outside Europe are shipped via special courier service. A signature will be required on delivery. Order before 12pm/noon (Mon-Fri) and your order will be sent out on the same day, you should expect your order to be delivered within 7-10 working days.

In the event that our website indicates that there are currently no shipping arrangements with your country available, please do contact us on orders@littlebutterflylondon.com as we may be able to arrange a special delivery for you.
In the unlikely event that it has been more than 14 days and you have not received your product, please contact Little Butterfly customer services at orders@littlebutterflylondon.com.
Wrong Address / Corrections
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost, which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of potential free delivery offers. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange provided that goods are returned to us within 7 days of purchase in a re-sellable condition. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: Little Butterfly Organic Ltd., 22 Priory Mansions, 90 Drayton Gardens, SW10 9RG London, UK. We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, if you send your notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened, unused and re-sellable condition. To cancel your order, please contact order@littlebutterflyorganic.com, quoting your full name and order ID order number.
You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point, your order may be dispatched at any time, even before you receive your dispatch confirmation email. If your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will need to return the order. To return an order or item, please, read the returns section.
