Natalie Rushdie: A Journey into Maternity and Wellness
I was kindly sent the 'fresh meadows cooling leg gel' to try and when I ran out I frantically started ordering replacements at 1am in the morning! I wouldn’t have survived pregnancy without the leg gel, especially during the summer months when my legs started to swell. Every night before I went to bed, I would massage the cooling gel into my legs which helped with leg cramps, swelling and allowed me to get a good night’s sleep as I didn’t get too hot (what I didn’t know beforehand is how pregnancy makes you so hot and bothered!)
Another favourite product of mine is the 'cocoon of bliss stretch mark butter', which I used on my stomach every day and I still have no stretch marks at 9 months and I definitely have a big bump! I also liked it because it’s not oily, which many pregnancy products are.
I love that the Little Butterfly London products are certified organic and vegan and can’t wait to use the baby range when our baby girl is here.
