We aim to process orders on the day of receipt provided we receive it before 12pm on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public and UK bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays willbe processed the following business day. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however,processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand and around holiday dates*, e.g. promotional offers and Christmas.
Little Butterfly London parcels are delivered by Royal Mail or courier service DPD to the United Kingdom. For DPD orders all our parcels are sent with a recorded delivery service and require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home when DPD call by you can arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time.Simply call the phone number on the 'Failed Delivery Card' to arrange a time of delivery that suits you.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the couriermay apply a charge to your delivery cost, which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently ofpotential free delivery offers. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, if you send your notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened, unused andre-sellable condition. You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout.
